I happened to be hanging out with my cousin when her aunt called her telling her she had to sell some items. The parents of the aunt were no longer living in the home and most of their items were being auctioned off later that evening, so we decided to go and see what stuff was available. I saw this set of bird wall plaques laying on an old crinkled newspaper, on the kitchen counter top. She said her dad brought them home from overseas a long time ago. Hmmm...I asked her how much she wanted for those birds...it was a really great deal...so, I paid for them, took them home and washed them a little. There is still some dirt on them, in the crevices that I need to remove. Since I go them home, I looked them up as much as I could and found that these re-sell for a decent price. I do want to sell them and may be listing them on my Etsy account soon. I don't want to ask too much or too little. I'm sure someone would appreciate these little birds. There aren't any chips or cracks that I can see. I believe they are a product of Lefton, I may be wrong and will have to research a little more. Anyways, I just thought I'd show off my cute little find. I love finding this kind of stuff.
