The most recent skirt.  I love the ruffles at the bottom.   The ruffles are made out of muslin, so it's not that heavy but adds a little weight which makes the skirt sway a little more or swag.  It reminds me of a petticoat peaking out from underneath the skirt.  The top portion is from this vintage fabric I found in my fabric hutch.  I love the soft, worn feel of this.  The flowery print is Tanya Whelan I bought recently.  This is a little more Shabby Chic.
